Strategy

Built around high-quality maritime assets, charter-backed cash flows and disciplined structuring.

The platform evaluates maritime opportunities where asset fundamentals, contractual cash flow visibility and capital structure alignment can support resilient long-term value creation. Opportunities may span multiple shipping and maritime service segments, with underwriting tailored to the specific risk-return profile of bareboat, time charter and other contracted deployment strategies.

01

Underwrite asset-by-asset

Evaluate each opportunity through a bottom-up lens focused on asset quality, technical fit, market positioning, earnings capacity and residual value. Underwriting reflects the distinct dynamics of each segment, including tankers, gas carriers, containers, offshore and maritime services.

02

Focus on contracted earnings visibility

Prioritize structures where charter coverage, counterparty quality and duration support cash flow visibility and downside protection. Assess bareboat and time charter optionality carefully, with attention to the allocation of operating risk, market exposure and financing efficiency.

03

Originate where structure creates edge

Pursue opportunities where origination access, sector knowledge and transaction structuring can unlock differentiated entry points. This includes situations where charter strategy, asset aggregation or capital solutions can enhance return quality relative to broadly intermediated market opportunities.

Focus Areas

Targeting maritime opportunities across a flexible opportunity set.

The platform may evaluate opportunities across shipping and maritime-linked real assets where risk can be better understood, structured and managed.

Shipping assets

Select vessel and fleet opportunities across commercial segments where asset quality, charter dynamics and market relevance are compelling.

Leasing and structured exposure

Capital solutions designed around asset backing, contractual alignment and investor-specific risk preferences.

Maritime-adjacent strategies

Related sectors and infrastructure opportunities connected to shipping, trade flows and strategic maritime value chains.

Selective mandate

Flexibility to assess a range of situations while maintaining high selectivity, underwriting rigor and institutional discipline.
